About me
I'm a backend engineer at Minoan Experience, where I own the search infrastructure behind our order and catalog platform — Algolia and Elasticsearch serving 200K+ orders across 100+ brand catalogs, with query latency down 75%. Before that I worked on telecom billing at Covalensedigital on the Oracle BRM platform.
Most of what I build is the layer nobody demos: deduplication, idempotent webhooks, race conditions in fulfillment, stale-job recovery, multi-currency edge cases. I like owning a product end to end and working directly with product, design and operations rather than over a ticket queue.

Marketing and lead-generation platform for a medical-education consultancy placing students in MBBS, business and aviation programmes abroad. Course and country catalogues, partner-university listings with fees, free consultation booking, and paid mentorship sessions with UPI payment and WhatsApp handoff.
Built as a hand-coded static site with a config-driven content layer, so the client can update universities, mentors and form fields without touching markup.

Marketing site for ArthSetu Engineers & Consultants, a valuation and civil-engineering consultancy in Patna — property valuation, structural engineering and retrofitting, and building design, for clients who need a defensible number. 9,500+ valuation reports, 24+ clients.
Hand-coded HTML and CSS with a small vanilla-JS nav toggle, a real Google Maps embed for the Patna office, and no contact form — enquiries route through direct phone and email links instead.

Owned the full search stack powering 200K+ orders and 100+ brand catalogs. Added partial search, brand filter APIs, keyword management with bulk upload tooling, product deduplication and automated out-of-stock checks — cutting query latency 75%.
Built from scratch for internal teams: advanced filtering and sorting, custom saved views, CSV export and an Intercom data connector for user segmentation. Cut issue resolution time 40% and lifted CSAT 25%.
Architected order placement, fulfillment webhooks and catalog sync across 20+ brand partners. Resolved a duplicate-fulfillment race condition, added duplicate order prevention, and shipped multi-currency support for the Canadian store.
Designed an engine combining API-based and AI-scraped pricing with explicit error-state handling, replacing a manual workflow entirely and increasing team productivity 40%.
Engineered the tracking microservice on Aftership: executed the SDK migration, built cron-based stale-tracking recovery and webhooks for real-time updates, reducing manual errors 80%.
